Day 5 and 6

✨ Mind Your Emotions ✨
Our program is still in progress, yet it has already gifted us countless lessons, emotions, moments of self-discovery, and a space full of honesty and openness. Surrounded by talented and inspiring people, I feel grateful for every shared moment. 🌿
It’s also a beautiful opportunity to meet people from different cultures and proudly introduce my country in this vibrant international community.
This is just a very short post — soon I’ll share a more detailed story about this unforgettable journey 🌸

Day 3 Mind your emotions

Day 3 🥁
We started the day with our body-based exercise routine using a tennis ball and a tube: how is my body feeling? Do I carry more weight on the right side or the left? Which arm feels heavier?
We then dove into a meditation to explore our “mixed” emotions: when have I felt guilt, happiness, embarrassment? What is the very first memory I have of this emotion? And now—how often do I experience it? Never, sometimes, often? With these emotions and images still within us, we took some modeling clay and shaped it into what we were as children, into our emotions. Afterwards, we shared in small groups and observed what others had created. Finally, we tried to bring this “smaller” version of ourselves into a “bigger” one—not necessarily in the present, but to understand how emotions have found their place inside us.
After the break, we turned to theatre, discovering the basic rules of the Neutral Mask and, divided into groups, we challenged ourselves with performances, starting from a prompt we were given. We then moved from stage to stage, watching each other’s shows and putting into practice what we had learned so far.
But the day wasn’t over yet! The evening was dedicated to the first of two intercultural nights: Ukraine, Ireland, Georgia, and Italy presented their countries, traditions, and dances—it was a beautiful way to continue becoming more and more united as a group!

Day 3

Thanks to Erasmus+ I get to have yet another wonderful experience. This time the journey takes me to Sables-d’Or-les-Pins, a mesmerizing coastal town in the north of France. 🇫🇷
It’s the 3rd day of the mobility and I am already falling in love with the peace of a remote neighborhood. 🤍
Today, the program included diverse range of activities. We started the day with body exercises aimed at improving our physical health. Afterwards, we meditated and reflected on different emotions to better understand ourselves. Other than that, each of us had a chance to express our inner child and life through working with clay. For some of us, it was the first time attempting such methods of self expression so the process was really fascinating. 🥰
We wrapped up the day with improvisation, acting sessions and cultural nights of Georgia, Italy, Ukraine and Ireland.
I can’t wait to see what the rest of the days have in store. 😊

Day 2 mind your emotions

Today concluded the second day of “Mind your Emotions” TC in Plurien, France. The day started with the usual warming up, making use of a tennis ball and a styrofoam tube to release the tension from our bodies. Moving on, guided by our trainers Lydie and Dominique, we practiced some masque theatre, improvisation and non-verbal communication exercises. The day wrapped up with a wonderful vegetarian dinner and and a walk in the vivid city of Plurien. #erasmusplus

Day 1

Today’s workshop began with a powerful idea: you cannot truly experience life if you don’t feel your body. Our body is the instrument through which we sense emotions, satisfaction, pleasure, and everything in between. If we can’t feel it within ourselves, we simply don’t feel it at all. We started with a body scan, gently noticing where tension sits and how it feels. Which foot feels heavier? Which side of the body is more relaxed? Then we turned to the breath. Breathing is our first aid—it helps us release tension and stay present, even in uncomfortable moments, even with pain.

Then we did some activitiesto get to know each other better as individuals and as a group.

We worked on our training plan through river of life, why we come to this training, what we are expecting, what are our struggles in pro life. Then we shared also specificity of different public in differents professionnal situation we work with.  I’m excited to see what comes next on this journey

Day 5

Day 5

Today, our day was packed with insightful experiences, meaningful reflections, and vibrant cultural exchanges.

🌅 We started the day with a powerful exercise on Crossing Boundaries, exploring the concept of « The Wheel of Consent » – those invisible borders that define our personal comfort zones towards individuals and through genders.

🕔 In the afternoon, we took time to reflect on the project’s journey so far. We shared feedback with our trainers, discussing both the positive aspects and the areas where improvements could be made.

🎭 Later in the day, we stepped into a creative exercise called « The Masks », where we embodied two versions of ourselves – the one we show to the world and its exact opposite. This unique experience helped us break through our comfort zones and understand the many layers of our personalities regarding gender.

🌐 As the day came to a close, we organized an Intercultural Night, where participants from Croatia, Germany, Italy, and Romania proudly showcased their cultures.

These moments of connection and exchange remind us why we are here – to learn, to grow, and to break down the boundaries that divide us.
