Thanks to Erasmus+ I get to have yet another wonderful experience. This time the journey takes me to Sables-d’Or-les-Pins, a mesmerizing coastal town in the north of France.

It’s the 3rd day of the mobility and I am already falling in love with the peace of a remote neighborhood.

Today, the program included diverse range of activities. We started the day with body exercises aimed at improving our physical health. Afterwards, we meditated and reflected on different emotions to better understand ourselves. Other than that, each of us had a chance to express our inner child and life through working with clay. For some of us, it was the first time attempting such methods of self expression so the process was really fascinating.

We wrapped up the day with improvisation, acting sessions and cultural nights of Georgia, Italy, Ukraine and Ireland.

I can’t wait to see what the rest of the days have in store.
