Today’s workshop began with a powerful idea: you cannot truly experience life if you don’t feel your body. Our body is the instrument through which we sense emotions, satisfaction, pleasure, and everything in between. If we can’t feel it within ourselves, we simply don’t feel it at all. We started with a body scan, gently noticing where tension sits and how it feels. Which foot feels heavier? Which side of the body is more relaxed? Then we turned to the breath. Breathing is our first aid—it helps us release tension and stay present, even in uncomfortable moments, even with pain.
Then we did some activitiesto get to know each other better as individuals and as a group.
We worked on our training plan through river of life, why we come to this training, what we are expecting, what are our struggles in pro life. Then we shared also specificity of different public in differents professionnal situation we work with. I’m excited to see what comes next on this journey
